1: Go inside of a clothing store
2: Make sure you have a contact mission on your phone from any contact
3: While standing at the counter of the store go to quick jobs on your phone and select any random job ON CALL
4: Pull up the phone and select that contact mission job then hit right on the D-pad
5: Wait for the job to load up then simply back out the mission screen
6: You will spawn back but you will be invisible, simply hit start, online, options and select kill yourself
7: It should say you have passive mode enabled so simply click to disable but you will be in a glitched out mode where you are still in passive mode but you are able to use weapons

Cops can still kill you and other players can kill you by shooting your hands
