If your disc was scratched before installing the disc isn't going to work, but if it wasn't but working before I don't know anything...

I have searched vids on this and there aren't any, My disk isn't scratched I just burned it.

it dosent matter for lost and dammed and ballad of gay tony but on gta iv original you need a save on the account your using or it freezes bassicly either
1. delete the install play first mission on default disk then save it then install again or
2. download a save to your usb in horizon onto the account that u r modding with

without a save it freezes so you need a save also im not sure if its just the first time but before u install modded disk if ur installing it to hard drive then clear system cache on hard drive then install then play the game and it should work any questions reply or pm me

also after install play on modded disk first after install complete then mess around if it works fine from then after use a standard disk (non modded) but when u put the disc in make sure that u click properties and play game not just play game on the dashboard home screen
