The 4690k is extremely overclock able and the 280x is the best card in its price range.

H97 doesn't officially support overclocking, and the 212 EVO is a pretty low end cooler, so the 4690k is kind of a waste. Plus, OP never mentioned anything about wanting to OC. The CX series are pretty poo PSUs.

OP-Slightly over your $700 budget after rebates, if you can manage it;

For the case, you can swap it for either, the Fractal Design Core 1000 or Cooler Master N200, both being slightly more expensive but nicer cases IMHO. By slightly more expensive, I do mean slightly, S20 is $30, Core 1000 is $35 and N200 is $40. Personally, I'd take the N200 and IMO, from best to worse;
N200>Core 1000>Source 210.
The 210 is still a great case for the money though and as it is ATX, as opposed to the other two being mATX, you have slightly more space for any future upgrades which could be beneficial.

If your build has to be under $700, get rid of 4GB RM, this will put you under $700 after rebates and you can add another 4GB RAM later.
