Costa or Aguero? Now that is the question.
Who would fit better in this team and what improvements would you make?
I have 450k (PS4) to spend and I'm willing to wait until the market crash.

Aguero is much more agile while Diego Costa has incredible strength. I would prefer Aguero, but whichever fits your style better would be the better choice.

I feel that Costa would be so much stronger than Aguero upfront

I've been using Zarate as striker but from what I can tell the midfield is solid! There is hardly ever work for my defence to do. I'd like to swap Diaby for Yaya Toure but I don't think I'd have enough and I'd like to splash out on a decent striker!

I'd 100% go with Aguero, I had him on loan for a couple of games and he played insane his stats are incredible especially his pace and shooting.

I would choose Aguero i think , Aguero is a beast !
