This has been a major issue that you can't stop, but it's just becoming annoying.
I had this happen to me last week when i sold someone Graphics, and they branded it as their own.
I won't disclose his information cause i'm not a jerk, but you get the point.
What are your opinions on this ?

this shit happens all the time and nothing can be done about it,
there will always be stupid little gfx artists annoyed at them selves because there too lazy to progress so they can steal work and give them self some false hope
my works been ripped quite a few times on other forums and its actually pretty funny, nothing to worry about unless there making money off it

Plagiarism has, and will always be an issue.
It's pathetic and inexcusable, anyone who does it only does it for self gain.

There is always going to be people out there that are trying to take your work and claim it as their own as that is much easier to do than to make the work themselves if that makes any sense. As a fellow designer, watermark and blur your work until you have been paid and this will stop you from being scammed out of time and effort as well as money.
As for how you should feel about him claiming your work as his, I would be flattered that he likes my work enough to want to steal it and say that he made it.
