Put Pogba at CAM as I think he suits that position more.

If I were you I would get El Sha for LW, Cuadrado for RW and then get Vidal for Pirlo if you have enough coins.

And no your midfield is fine, considering the CB's worktates. And also move Pogba to CAM.

Well you could add a manager to get the players to 10 chem, or play 10 Games to get the loyalty boost, although this doesn't really matter. 9 chem is fine.
