Decent, processor is last generation so it depends what price you are getting it for.

Sorry forgot to say, yes it will be brilliant. GTX970 is a top notch graphics card.

Don't know the specific PSU, that might not be great quality. 120mm rad cooler, not really great. Processor is last gen but still good, GTX 970 is a fantastic card. I'm pretty sure that case is quite good for cable management and what not, but I can't remember.

Overall, nice PC, as long as you aren't paying too much for it. If you're thinking of buying the parts to build this, I'd change it up a bit.
