Hi, I've been playing manager mode for a while now and I have noticed something that's been bugging me for a while now.

My defenders form on squad report is constantly on okay or bad! Even though I'm winning all of my games. Is there something wrong here? It doesn't seem to be improving at all.

Has anyone got some advise? Thanks

If you normally concede goals then thats why, they need clean sheets.
