These last few weeks my computer has been running incredibly slowly, and I'm not sure of the reason why?
In prior months I was able to handle games (in particular MMORPG's) kinda smoothly, but now it's literally unbearable. My FPS is sometimes under 10 which I'm pretty sure is terrible.
My internet isn't the problem as I'm 18-ping, 49 Download and 3.1 Upload.
Any solutions?
Thanks!

Try things like stopping the running of programs. You could also set up defragmentation once a week that should help!
Try deleting a few things/uninstalling programs as well. Memory may be getting full.

Sounds like your computer needs to be cleaned up.
I currently have:
Advanced SystemCare (Main cleaning program)
Malwarebytes (Scans for Malware, Spyware and Adware)
Microsoft Security Essentials (Anti-Virus Program)
Get ASC and Malwarebytes (and MSE if you need an AV program) and run them and see if that fixes your problem.

How long have you had the PC? It could need a dust out as thermal throttling could be the problem.

To the guy a couple of posts above me, running that many AV will cause more issues than it solves. Also, they will be a big resource hog which will make it run even slower.

Use my tutorial to stop any random programs at startup which will slow down your PC.
Also, what are your specs? You might need a decent upgrade.
