I know this might get a lot of flaming, but my parents recently came into quite a sum of money and they said I can build a gaming PC. My limit is 15k so I was wondering if someone can build me something for that less (I'm pretty sure I might not need the entire $15k for a good PC). Thanks.
P.S. I posted before about FPS predictions for the PC I had originally had in mind and went to a suggested website to see benchmarks and realized the parts I picked where garbage. I made this to solve that problem.

Far superior to Multyking12's build and has a custom loop because it would be silly not to go with one for your budget.
My only query with this is why wouldn't you include a better monitor? Why splash out so much when you aren't getting your moneys worth in the monitor...?

32" IPS 4K monitor not enough for you?
There is no need for three of them unless you want text that can't be read.
