Okay so I have the plugins which are xbdm.xex then JRPC.xex then XRPC.xex and whenever i load up the game it NEVER connects even though im on the right TU and im having problems with getting on XBLSE and it would be so much easier if we talked over skype so that i could explaim it even more.

Make sure you have the Xbox 360 Neighborhood SDK installed on your computer!

Your clearly in too much of of a hurry and Forget about XBSLE for the time being ,do what he says above.
Get Xbox 360 Neighborhood working first.
It's a must

As stated above, you need Xbox 360 Neighborhood.. If you don't even have the simple stuff, then I would stop trying.
