I was on my computer and watching youtube videos, then i went to the desktop and there i saw a "Chat" window then someone started talking to me and in the "Chat" Window there was no "Close" option and i opened task manager and the guy typed in the "Chat" dont even try, so am i infected with some kind of malware etc? D

Yeah you have a RAT.

Disconnect from the internet (he can't do anything if you don't have an internet connection) and kill unknown processes.

Then reconnect and download malwarebytes or whatever you favorite anti-malware is and let it do it's job. Or just do a system restore.

I deleted the "Chat" window on task manager and i put vpn on so does that affect and help at all

Probably a remote RAT, you might want to try running your anti-virus program or checking for removable and suspicious background applications in task manager, or restarting your computer all together.

Or you could just destroy it and try to buy another, your choice lol.

A VPN wouldn't change anything. A VPN just tunnels your traffic and would just tunnel his traffic along with it. The only way to fix your computer is to remove the stub that's on it.

I would recommend downloading Mawarebytes and that should do the trick for your 'Virus.' Shouldn't be a huge problem!

Thanks again guys for being helpful, now im doing a scan on Malwarebytes.
