Not sure if there has been a Topic like this before, If there has been one just let me know.

So here is how I got into Anime.
3 Years ago, I didn't watch anime at all at this point but I had seen the big 3; Naruto, Bleach, One Piece. One day I was surfing the interwebz and I recalled this show I watched back in 2007. I started searching "Death Book" "Book of Death" "Book that kills people" , and I came across this image of Ryuk

and I was like "OHHHHH I REMEMBER HIM" and I learned he was from a show called "Death Note". So I watched all the episodes and once I finished the show I was like "Man this stuff is pretty entertaining". And that Is how my Anime Addiction began.
I watched Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece on Toonami and I didn't even know that they were "Anime". I didn't know what anime was and I was watching it the whole time.

I started watching anime back in December of 2011, I got into a bunch of random Ecchi and harem anime, and I ended up making a MAL group, that is still active today with 5K members, about the genre's. I loved them, and I still do, after 300 different series, ecchi and harem are still my favorite. I really started out with Highschool DxD, and went from there. Issei too op.

Like many others probably, I used to like watching Naruto and Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood on Adult swim, and I guess I just eventually started branching off. I'm not fully sure to be honest.

I got into anime late one night in March 2013 when Naggy suggested I watch School Days, so I fired up a CrunchyRoll account to watch the series which, I thought was rather funny. As this Naggy lured me on to a website to watch a most dreadful and fearsome OVA series that, some of you may be able to infer. If not, it is Nasa's most favourite. Naturally at this point I didn't know what was going to happen so I started watching it, once the slight giggles from Naggy started kicking in, I began to catch on and realise that perhaps I should not be watching it and quickly exited.

After that I proceeded to watch Blast Of Tempes, and at this point I began consulting with Naggy and Nasa for recommendations, and eventually I had finished watching all that was available for the UK.

Before this I had watched some anime that had aired on Cartoon Network long ago, such as Cardcaptors and One Piece. At the time I remember that I enjoyed Cardcaptors, however did not enjoy One Piece as much as I thought the characters were kind of weird. I will eventually watch One Piece in its entirety, but for now I need to work on my PTW list.

Started watching around 3 years ago, which was a little after I joined this site for 10th lobbies (let's face it, pretty much everyone joined this site in the golden days for that stuff). I stumbled upon this thread in movie/tv talk and it went downhill from there. I think I saw Gurren Lagann on Netflix and was bored enough to watch it and here I am now.

When I first joined, Acty and Kat held me down while NASA dunked his Naruto coated balls down my throat. But no I always avoided that crap, NASA will never catch me! Will edit this post in screencaps from the early days, including when Acty was a Naruto fanboy and Kat jerking off over Gundam.

I'm only in college and y'all givin me gray hair

I started watching about late 2012 when my moms friend invited us over for Christmas dinner and she had recently gone to japan, She had bought a bunch of movies over there and one of them was a anime i still can not figure out the name of the anime.

All i remember is that there was these giant snail looking things that were charging at people. Had really good art from what i remember.
