As long as whatever you do uses bypasses or something of the sort, and you safe mod, yes.

You'll most likely last a good 2 days or more.

Good tip: Don't launch games online from Neighborhood or Xex menu. Instant flag for a ban.

Things like that get you banned faster.

Potato indeed m8ty, I prefer mashed potato because it has more stealth where as baked potato only lasts 15 mins before ban.

Sign offline and start xex menu then or just use discs.

I believe you can, but I'm not 100% on that.
You'll get some conflicting opinions on it, but I'm sure any homebrew will get you flagged as long as you're online.

I usually (since I have an RGH slim Trinity with an open case) take out the wifi card (Or Ethernet if you use that) then do all my mod loading, then plug it back in and go online.
