You will need a NAND r/w such as JR Programmer.

Well how the hell do you think you RGH or JTAG a console? Yea you can. You need a nand r/w. As mentioned above.

If you want to get the KV from it, then it's not something easy. You're going to need some good soldering skills, and a NAND Reader.

You would need something such as a NandX to do that, or any nand reader. ;)

You can with a Nand reader/writer, but if you are trying to get the KV from the NAND, you will need to RGH/JTAG the console to obtain the consoles CPUKey that is used to Decrypt the NAND and get the KV.
