Hello, I'm trying to use the app store & I download something, when I type in my password it saids its incorrect, so I reset it, then type that password it still does not work, I have the latest iphone update if anyone can help much appreciated

is your phone jailbroken? is the email correct for your appstore account?

I'm getting the same thing when i try to update an app, im using the right password as ive logged in and out out of iTunes & App Store in the settings. I think there might be a problem with the App Store itself.

This has actually happened to me once before. I just turned my phone off & back on. Hopefully that helps.

It sure does sound as if you are correct as you and OP are having the same issue. What version are you two running? I am on iOS 8.1.2 and having no issues like this. Might be time to update your devices?

Its on 8.1.2. I think it might be time to upgrade ive had for 2 years
