I currently have around 280 GBP for a gaming pc. I want to play these games:

DayZ
CS: GO
The forest
Call of duty 4,5.
minecraft

Im not really bothered about what settings i can run them at, Just no lag.

I have spare HDD (320GB + 80GB) Which i could use until i have more money, then get 1TB.

Thanks in advance, One more thing, If you post a build please give me a rough estimate as to how much FPS on DayZ.

Save 65p from your dinner money

EDIT: Just seen the part about the HDD's

For the first build you could, scrap the HDD and get another 4gb of ram. Or spend a tad more on a xfx 550w and a n200

for the second build, could replace the r7 260 OC with an r9 270

If you can cope with the IGPU of the I5 for now until the end of January when you can get 100gbp together to buy a dedicated gpu it will benefit you a lot.

Use your 80GB HDD for OS and the 320GB for storage. OC the G3258 if you wish, but the board will likely need a BIOS update so remember to ask them to re-flash BIOS for you when buying. They may charge a small amount for this. Add 4GB RAM when you can

either way with a 280gp budget you're not gonna be running dayz with over 20fps maybe less and the forest if you're planning to play multiplayer it will be unplayable so if i was you i would just save a bit more maybe 400gp is a better budget

That's a lie.

R7 265 getting over 30FPS, 270 I suggested will out-perform the 265. Plug, the G3258 will hold it's own in games, including DayZ, especially when overclocked. OP doesn't have to up his budget.

Try playing on a server with over 20 players as soon as you hit a town you're gonna be on 10-15 fps
