Funny enough i had practically the same team if you swap isco for modric and swap pepe, varane and bravo for chiellini, barzagli and buffon and it was ok but nothing special tbh. I found neymar great but that was about it, the midfield was always pushed too far up for my liking and so where the fullbacks with their high attack work rates leaving my 2 cb's alone. That's why I prefer 4-1-2-1-2 for the CDM to cover if the fullbacks decide to attack.
