So I was wondering if somebody can built me a PC on Newegg.com, make it a total of $600 because I still need to buy a Monitor or Two, I also need to buy a keyboard and mouse.

If you use more than one site you could save more money on a build here is one i made, but it uses more than newegg. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It comes in at $25 under budget.

It's $5 over budget but I'm sure you can manage.

If you're going to be doing content creation and/or editing/rendering, you might want to swap the i5 for an 8T Xeon, but you'd have to sacrifice quite a bit of GPU performance, ad the i5 will do just fine anyway. I've added 1x8GB stick of RAM to that build because the motherboard only has 2 RAM slots, better to have one stick of RAM and room to upgrade, in case you ever desire another 8GB RAM.

Also, if you can spend an extra $5, get this case;
