Had my iPad for ages and have like the most common tweaks is there anything that not really known that's good

On an iPad that old more tweaks will slow it down dramatically.

if you manage the ipad well then it'll continue to run smoothly.
tweaks like springtomize, boxy, and barrel are nice for customization

You can use the following:
  • AdBlocker
  • Bloard
  • Barrel
  • Alkaline
  • Winterboard
