Right...
My Xbox one constantly disconnects from game servers, GTA V online and COD AW. This has became a big problem, After speaking to multiple Indians on the phone I was told it was my packet loss, sure enough it was at 100%, bruh, then not knowing what this meant I took it open myself to get off of the phone from the fine gentleman on the phone called Rasheed,and headed over to the number 1 solution fix, YouTube, after watching numerous videos of deluded 9 year olds I realized I had made absolutely no progress in finding a solution, so I took to my second page xbox.com. Needless to say i't didn't work and found it absolutely no help in the slightest and remembered to look up the beautiful site of The Tech Game, so now i'm here. Please help.

I had this problem too, what I did to fix this was making sure that nothing is between to console and the router. IE another console or aluminum cans etc. Hope this helps
