I would like to know an easy way to get them, I haven't got the DLC or I cannot do strike missions since I'm suspended from XBL, I have access to all planets and I'm level 20.

I really dont know any way because if you do vanguard strikes you can get them very quick and also leveling up vanguard to rank 2 can let you get legendary gear but without xbl or dlc the only way I can think of is to play the game and kill stuff.

I'd say just grind out strikes etc of you have already done the nightfall and heroic strike

I guess the only way to get them for you, would be to kill enemies on the planets.

Go on patrol and find somewhere to spawn kill. There is still fast spawns on Venus and Mars. Look up videos.
