Sadly in my opinion the playstation is not that great. The xbox one is better. The main reason I don't like the ps4 is because of the incredibly boring and bland dashboard, lack of online security measures, and the game exclusives. Everyone has there own opinion but I say get the xbox one. Also if you had an Xbox for 7 years, why would you switch? Chances are you have many friends on xbox and are more used to the interface. Sony is a bit behind on some things and I personally don't trust them. The fact that it took a few days to recover their servers after the attack is sad. It's your choice though. Good luck

Check out the game lineup's as well as upcoming games coming out for the system and that will help you decide if you will want to buy one now or down the road
I made the mistake of not doing that with mine and do not use it that often, because most of the games I own I would only play once and the current game lineup is not that great IMO.

As everyone has there own opinion, I do not like the PS4 I bought one in November and have played it once. The game-play seems way different then Xbox One, and online isn't as fun as xbox one I have many friends on PS4, but I prefer Xbox

Get the console your mates are on! Having a next gen console and playing by yourself gets so boring at times. I had a ps4 and my friends had xbox ones but they said xbox has lots of problems, looks amazing for media tho like Netflix!

I have both a ps4 and a xbox one, and I would have to say the PS4 is definitely worth it! Ive had way more fun with it then the xbox one!
