i would get a cheaper second hand one.
do you want looks or speed or just something to get around on?
if you want the looks get one of the first 2 both are good looking and will be reliable.
if you want something fast get an old 2-stroke like an aprilia rs, honda nsr, suzuki rg.
if you want something to get around on get a scooter or something like a honda msx (grom) or ktm duke

Me being in 'Murica, I would have to say the Yamaha. I don't see many KTM bikes here in the states. Although after looking around, I like KTM's styling more than Yamaha's. The lines look sharper. Honestly though it's up to you man. Yamahas have a good rep here in the states for a reason. Me personally, I would pick the Yamaha.
