I'm looking at upgrading my PC to make it perform better for current and upcoming games, here are my current specs:
CPU:
Intel I3-2120 3.3GHZ Dual Core
GPU:
NVIDIA GTX 750
RAM:
6GB
(Not Sure About My PSU, but I'll look at it myself if any parts aren't working properly with it)
If I'm missing anything else important tell me and i'll update this post

Might be helpful for us to know what motherboard and case you have.

Bin it and start fresh then most likely. Case will need to be replaced. CPU is old, you could upgrade to a 2nd gen i5/i7, but you'd be better upgrading motherboard and CPU and going with Haswell, or Brodwell when it's released. You could wait for Skylake which comes at the end of this year, if you wish. GTX 750 is an entry level card. Since it's Alienware, I can guarantee the PSU will be poo, that'll need to be upgraded. Leave the RAM until last IMO. Add an SSD if you don't already have one.

I'd upgrade in the order above. If the GTX 750 is fine for you in games, it doesn't have to be upgraded. You could also add an SSD before upgrading GPU if you prefer. If you'd rather grab an older i5/i7 and not have to upgrade motherboard, you could do so. If you want to wait for Skylake, upgrade whatever else you can before then. If 6GB RAM is enough for you, you don't really have to upgrade.
