If your not planning on going into many more higher end games than those, you could build your own PC with a 750ti or equivalent card. It would play those games and 1080p, and for a lot less than $900. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Or you could build you own for closer to $900 and get a pretty solid rig.If your not into overclocking the CPU though this build wouldn't be worth it

For your first build, there is no real need for an aftermarket cooler. You can get dank OC's on the G3258's stock cooler, but I'm pretty sure Intel patched OCing on non Z series boards. Not 100% on that though. No need to spend $80 on RAM when you can save $20 and get a kit that is just as good. R9 270 is the same price as GTX 750Ti, and out-performs it. The new V300 SSD's were shit, not sure if they got fixed but you'd be best spending the extra $7 on an MX100(128GB). PSU isn't great, could get a better quality ThermalTake unit for the same price, or even less. Case is alright but with the N200 being around the same price, it'd be a better option.
2nd build-Again, the RAM and SSD. No need for a full sized case whatsoever and with an ATX motherboard, it will look pretty shit. Hyper 212 EVO is a low end cooler and you'd be better with stock cooler and no OCing until you can afford a decent cooler.
OP-Will you build your own? If so, will you be overclocking? Do you require peripherals? Anything specific?
