Yes I have all the soldering things I just need the best cool runner that is compatable with my dash version and console types.

What you need, basically:

NAND r/w (JR Programmer)
Glitch Chip (CR4XL)
Solder iron
solder (60/40 leaded, rosin core, i think)
Solder Skills
Xbox (of course)

well its either coolrunner or cr4xl chip, cr4xl claim to boot the fastest if done right but its also more expensive to do, as you can pick up a clone coolrunner for like 9 dollars, plus you will need a nand x or jr programmer v2

you can still buy them tho, real ones and clones, last time i looked, which was a while ago lol

yes they can be RGH, they would be RGH2 on both

coolrunner rev c remove the c8 cap

jasper program the chip with A Timing file

Falcon program the chip with B timing file

USe SLim blue wire when setting this up routed the correct way it should boot in 25 seconds or less on both consoles
