Really hope people post her man I'm looking to buy these but didn't know if they were worth the 200

I had Gen 1 a40s and they were great. I now have gen 2 Xbox one a50s and they are great too. The only downside about the a50s is that the mic quality is not as good as it should be. A40s are great headsets. I got the a50s so I wouldn't have to deal with all the wires.

That's the thing these a40s only have one wired, and that's the controller to the actual mic.

I like mine but I don't use them much. I have had them for a while though.

I really like the Astro A40's. I honestly think its the best headset to have.

These headphones are great! They the same in my opinion as with the older versions with the mixamp. The M80 is great and easy to use. The only downfall is I wish I could use these with my phone.

They are great especially because they are cheaper, there is no difference in the headset itself just a portable mix amp that has less features but is more convenient. I prefer the original mix amp because i dont need it to be portable and I like the mp3 input. If you dont use the other stuff then the new one is perfect

I have had my pair for about a year and I really like them. I use them for my Xbox One and my PC.

The only problem I have had is that the inline mute cable broke but I contacted Astro support and they sent me out a new one with no charge since my headset was still under warranty.

I've just upgraded from the Turtle Beach XO Sevens, and I must admit the A40's are so much better! The mix amp is astonishing, all round the best headset I've had.
Majorly recommend this to anyone
