The problem I'm having is that I don't understand how "Dedicated Video RAM" and "Shared Video RAM" are different in the aspect of gaming.
I've Google'd it but didn't have a clear answer (More or Less I'm just clueless) when it comes to gaming necessities so if anyone can help i would just like to know if my computer can run it (even if its at its lowest quality) before i go and purchase it.
The only thing I don't know whether or not i have to run this game is "Video RAM"
My Memory RAM is 8gbs of DDR3 I'm not sure if that helps with Video RAM since I see everywhere that more dedicated video RAM can slow a computer down
Game:"Elder Scrolls Online"
Required Specs:

VRAM circuits perform better with graphics workloads because they are specifically designed around a few types of data. Regular system RAM has to deal with everything else. Integrated GPUs share system memory, which is automatically allocated and managed by the OS. Shared memory will be slower, but the limiting factor in performance should still be the GPU itself.
