I'm making them through Photoshop then saving the image as a .tga then transfer it into a .VTF then brought into the Work_Bench.
When I go and edit them this is file that I edited it them on.

The skin actually likes really nice. I love the Japanese sun/flag effect against the white.
I would definitely use this skin.
