So I bought Minecraft a while back when it was like $14, Can't remember when that was but I still have the same account but it is not letting me download it. Do I really have to pay again?

You shouldn't have to pay to be able to download Minecraft? You can download Minecraft on any computer, regardless of whether or not you paid for it. But you need a paid account to be able to log in to minecraft.
