All You Need to do to Get a Mini Profile is Simply Click on the users User name in The Shoutbox and a Mini Profile Will Apear. If You Click On The Username While In the Mini Profile It will Bring You to there main Profile Page

If You See this In the shoutbox All it is, Is the latest reply in the shoutbox. It Wont appear on any other replies but the latest reply the New! Sighn Will Show up at the Top Right Corner of the Reply in the Shoutbox

The Staff Will Always Remain At the Top At the list Of The Members In The Shoutbox. You Can Indicate there Staff By There Names Having a Hammer Beside there username. So Now You dont have to Worry About Scrolling Around looking For Staff In The Shoutbox. There Right there At the Top.
