As the title says I have been looking into this for a while now and I do believe I have found a supply drop glitch where you are most likely going to get an elite in your supply drops I have tried it every time and I have had an elite, I have told a couple close people to try it and it worked for them and they now get elites all the time from now on, I am going to look into this and test it more just too see the chances of it, if you have any questions about it please do ask.
