My chat is broken. Anyone else having problems with their chat?

Yeah, party chat completely stopped working for me and a few friends.

People could join my parties but I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me. Nothing is on the Xbox Live status page regarding it though.

Yup, my party chat wont work. For instance, I would join my friend's party and they would leave 1 after another. And no matter what I do, I can't join their GTA V lobby
