No SLI is helping me a ton but you come in and say that i need to make up my mind. He is answering every question that i have asked and he has been a great help. No need for you to come in and say to make up my mind.
This is why...
You - And is all that compatible with my case which is

SLI - No change the case. Id suggest a NZXT S340.
You - Do i NEED to change my case? cant i just grab the motherboard a CPU cooler a new CPU and a new graphics card and put them all in?

You - I cant buy a new case. And why do i need a new case. is the cooler a water cooled one (the one that comes with the CPU?)
Those are just questions. Im just asking if i was to get what he said i was making sure i get the right stuff for the right amount of money

This thread has just become a train wreck.
OP< a new case is advised because the S340 isn't exactly expensive and it will improve airflow and still have room for expansion, unlike your current case.
I would get this for $800

I have included a Z97 board, K CPU and a 212 because you can afford it and maybe down the line you might want to overclock, and this set up will allow for a decent OC without needing a new cooler, but as you won't be overclocking straight away, the 212 will still give you a far cooler CPU than the poop stock cooler.

Im laughing so hard at this entire thread.
OP-Yes, you need a new case. You have a pre-built and the case you have is not going to support many upgrades, especially GPU. I don't understand why you keep coming round to the GTX 760, the GTX 970 vastly out-performs it and you could easily get one within budget. You're not going to overclock anyway so an aftermarket CPU cooler is entirely unnecessary. As for your SSD argument, an SSD is beneficial for fast boot/load time, far better speeds than an HDD. Install your OS to SSD and install media and what not to HDD.
Since you've basically asked for an entire new PC and have a pre-built, here;

Re-use your current HDD.
