First you need to make a games folder on your HDD, then select that folder for the files, then start copy, you should be good to go, PM me if you want to know how to get your games to show up on the freestyle games tab

I know this worked for me a few dashes back. Maybe it will work for you.
Put your game in your console and turn off your console.
Then turn your console back on and try to install it.

How are you trying to copy it? Will your rgh read the game when your not trying to copy it?
Have you tried XexMenu to copy with?

Since you recently purchased the console, check with the seller. I am not quite sure what the problem could be really.

if cleaning the disc, or making a folder don't work. maybe your dvd key is missing, you will have to put your dvd key xebuld next time you update your dash, if that don't work than you might have to just download torrents and transfer to HDD.
