I mean seeing as most of the time I have issues with party chat so does everyone else in the world. Why would removing your account do anything though?

A hard reset will fix it dont delete your account.

You can also fix it by doing a hard reset by holding the power button for 5-10 so it turns of

This is not false... A hard reset is when you completely unplug you console by taking. The power cord out of the back of the xbox for about 30seconds to a minute give or take, or turn it off form the mains. Then everything should be running fine again
