I got my windows working on my newly built pc, but when i restarted the pc windows stopped working and wont let me repair it. I have tried refreshing my pc and reseting my pc in the troubleshoot settings but they dont allow me to do that. When i try to Refresh my PC it says the drive where windows is installed is locked... Any help?
