So as always the EA servers are down for me and i've tried clearing my system cache but no luck. I spoke to an EA support member who hardly helped cos she was having "technical difficulties (no shock there). She said to open some ports but i havnt got a clue how to do it as she wouldn't explain. Can anyone help me out? If not im just gonna try resetting me router.

To open ports im pretty sure you need to login to your account on your ISP and change them from there. I can't really tell you much more than that as i am probably not with the same ISP

This happens to me alot, try resetting your internet modem for a temporary fix.

For a permanent fix you need to find out what other people are on the same internet channel as you and change to a open one, (i changed from 9 to 13)

Ive tried adding a new port and it doesnt work at all. I typed the correct number in but it says there is an error. Says i can only type numbers in the box and that is all i typed... But apparently im wrong haha.

I'm with Sky and mines is working fine, are you using wired or wireless?
