Does anyone know why this is happening? I can boot into Xell fine but not the dashboard.

try putting a clean launch.ini on a usb and see if tht works

all you need is a clean launch.ini u can find it with a search on google

Eject the DVD drive right after booting. You have old server plug-ins. This will bypass the launch.ini. you can then replace the old files
