What is the use of this computer? Gaming and little video editing
If you're a gamer what kind of games will you be playing? CS:GO and Battlefield
Are you a heavy multitasker & gamer? Or Just gamer only? Just gamer
What's your budget? around $700 to $800 give or take
How much storage space is adequate enough for you? 2tb
What resolution will you be playing on? 1080p
Will you overclock? If so how far? I am planning on overclocking in the future but not too extreme
Do you need a monitor or other accessories? No

If you're determined to overclock, grab this for $775 after rebates;

Add an aftermarket cooler when you decide to OC.

Far superior GPU. Definitely worth sacrificing overclockability to get a better GPU IMO. Add an SSD to this build when you can.

What do yo think is better, Nvidia or Amd for graphics cards? I'm am looking to get a mid range gpu now then upgrade it to a very good one later.

GTX 970 significantly out-performs R9 280. No reason to get an overclockable CPU and mediocre card as opposed to a great card and perfectly fine CPU.
