Did you press the return line after you entered the correct Ip?
It should go IP (space) game.clashofclans.com (return)

Absolutely. It's made for the phone. I'm playing off my iPhone but its compatible with android too.

Might be a server-sided issue or you put the IP in wrong. I'll check the servers and edit the post.

Edit: Yep. Can't connect either as of 7:29 (EST) January 8th. Must be a server issue. I'll keep trying throughout the day and post if it works.
