Okay, so on the 1st Jan, my PayPal account was turned fully limited because I was under 18 when I created the account... I'm 20 now.
On the 5th Jan, my PayPal showed lots of failed transactions from my bank account and put my balance to -340
I have checked my bank account and all of the money has been taken out of my bank account, yet they are stating that I have failed transactions and that I owe them 340...
I really do not know what to do. They are threatening me with solicitors and sending me emails saying that it will effect my credit rating.
I do not have the money to pay this off as the money has already left my bank account for the first time... I have contacted PayPal and they are adamant that they are owed 340 and I really do not know what to do.
Could somebody please offer me some advice?

Are you saying that PayPal already took out the 340$ before?

I done a few transactions from Bank account to another source via paypal... these transactions equate to 340 GBP
The money left my bank account and arrived at the other source... but paypal is saying that the money was not transfered from my bank account and that they paid the source... and so they think I owe them 340 GBP...
but the money DID actually leave my account.

OMFG this happened to me to i ended up paying the so called ''money i owed them''. Ummm have you had any Chargebacks on you're account? Chargebacks tend to make your balance negative. I remember when paypal **** me over like this for no reason they are a bunch of scammers saying you owe them even though you don't. I would try contacting the bank and talk to paypal by phone to sort this thing out.

I wish I could just pay them off because I don't want the hassle... but it's just too much money... if it was 100 or less, I would.
I am going to my bank tomorrow... but there are so many transactions to the same place, that I do not actually know where to start.
And No... no chargebacks.

340 GBP that's like $500+
And yeah I would say go to your bank, that way they ca check all your statements and see where the money actually went.
