Since you wanted a honest rate here it is:
first off i feel like all you did was adding the not so
professional 3d text to the mobster vector on the back,
i wouldn't recommend adding 3d text in front of that vector,
a 2d design would be better and would
look way cleaner overall. i may not be the best but that's what i noticed.

Now to clean, the D behind the C looks out of place and the C also looks out of place. I would take away the rime also. If you need help learning how to make logos shoot me a PM.

I like the mobsters and the city background but it needs more. Maybe the mobsters on a street? Also, definitely should be some light like there is a street light and the mobsters should made a different color to contrast with the Background and Name. Other than that, it's pretty cool. Nice Job so far, seems like this is coming along well.
I'd have to agree with this poster, I really like e mobster feeling but I feel you could make the text look a lot better and maybe remove the "D" otherwise looks pretty sweet man.

But the D is my logo and it's just a watermark so who i made it for doesn't scam me

Its pretty basic but i like it, dont really know what that shape is behind the "Crime" but other then that i like it!
