You will get them. They have rob ably can't find your player.contact them on Skype. Did you list a gold player. They don't seem to find anything other than gold. I have bought from them many times. Had this happen to me once. Turned out they bought the wrong one. Got my coins in the end. Just keep messaging them on Skype with the order number and player details again

I'd just wait until something happens. I doubt that they would scam you cause they have pretty good reviews.
