I'm not sure how I got it, but it's happened on every website i've been on and it's happened on IE and Chrome. I'm currently scanning my computer to see if anything is on my computer!
I googled it and others are having the same problem but no answer why..
So if anyone could help me out would be really appreciated thanks!

It means that the server connected to your Malware/Anti virus knows about the site and has had problems in the past...
If you know it's safe then go in... But to me it looks phishy...
^^ See what i did there.

There should be a box that say I understand and it should let you continue but if not try adding it to your trusted sites
