This is my current build that I'm thinking of doing. But I was wandering if anyone had any better builds than this for what I want?

Not a 'better' just a more efficient way.. Use x2 4GB RAM so if one of your RAM fails, you have the other to rely on.

Far superior build for less after rebates;

Swap the core 1000 case, for an N200 if you can do so and stay within budget.
