I recently got my astro a40's for Christmas and ever since i got then I have been having an issue were the sound cuts out for about 10 seconds and then comes back
have tried updating my amp and there is no astro a40 update on there site
Should i get a refund?

Theres nothing wrong with them i had the same problem with my A50s i just updated it held buttons down and BOOOOOM it worked.

I did some research and you can take a look at it yourself. But most likely the usb cord.

Personally I have never had any problems with a strong but if I was you I'd get a refund.

update your drivers for the amp or try to hold buttons down if the a40s have buttons that is or it could be the cord or faulty wiring me i bought a pair of a50s and had same issue and all i did was unpluged everything then plugged them back it fixed it for me
