my rgh wont read games when I try to extract the files on the disk using DVD extract it just says xbox 360 DVD please help me

turn your xbox off.
press the disk trey button to launch xell. it fixes the dvd key or something. idk i did it and it worked for me

TO fix this issue temporarily place the disk in the console and reboot it. This will allow the disk to be read. One of the recent dashboard updates causes this issue. If you want a permanent fix you will need to reflash your disk-drive to your motherboard.

This worked for me when this happened.
1. turn off xbox
2. turn xbox on its side or lay it down flat depending on how it is.
3. Reboot
let me know if it works:)
