That just reminded me, I was trimming my beard down myself before going to a party a few months ago WORST IDEA EVER! I mean, I live in a village at least 15 miles until the nearest actual shop. And my mum was out shopping so I couldn't even get a lift, I was half way through trimming when my clippers bloody broke! I had half of my face at grade 1.5 and the other at a probably a grade 3 haha

Most times I'm too lazy to shave... I usually let it grow out until it gets to the point where I can't stand the itching.

I'm not one to groom and take care of my beard and all either, so I shave when I force myself too..

That's a myth, shaving doesn't make it grow in any quicker or bushier the next time around.

Also, to the people saying they can grow a full bear within a month, you're full of shit.

OT- I started shaving when I was 12 because I had like 3 hairs and believe the myth that if you shaved, it'd grow back in quicker and bushier, not true. By the time I was 13 though, I could grow weak ass mutton chops and a mustache. I would shave every 2 days to make sure my face was clean since I looked weird with a mustache and sideburns. At 14, I started to grow a proper beard, no patchiness, just everywhere started to grow in but I didn't want anything too bushy, so I'd trim every week to keep the stubble look going. At 14, I was getting served in clubs, pubs and of-licenses. I think it must have been shortly after I turned 16, I broke up with my psycho ex who didn't like facial hair(she was a psycho anyway, not just for disliking facial hair) and I decided "Screw it, Imma let it grow", so I did. That was about a year ago I stopped shaving, but I have shaved it once and trimmed a few times. A few months ago, my hair was annoying me so I shaved it all off, had to trim my beard because of that, otherwise I looked like a white supremacist, not good. It's been about 2 months since I've trimmed, and I just let my beard do it's own thing, going to style it properly when it gets longer though. Oh, my mustache is still pretty weak though because I lit it on fire once when I was drunk, and it grows in weird ever since, hoping it fixes itself over time.

To be honest, I'm 18 and I only have to shave once a week lol.

I've had to shave since I was 11, started getting hair at 9 lol.

I was kind of a beastly kid. Ended up being 6'0 in 8th grade with size 14 shoes.

Anyway, I shaved up until 11th grade, then kept it trimmed. I looked 26 at the time and I used to get hit on by waayyy older chicks. Met my girlfriend and she hates facial hair. So... Now I shave pretty consistently :c

I shave when it gets to the point where it just really annoying like itching or when girls confuse me for 20x my age that i really am.

Shave, I just look super weird with a moustache.
